We connect with the family, gather important information, and explain the next steps.

Your child’s needs are evaluated and, when appropriate, an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is developed with the family.

Recommended therapy and support services begin based on your child’s individual needs.

We monitor progress, review goals, and adjust services as your child develops.

When your child is ready for the next stage, we help the family prepare and connect with appropriate school or community resources.
